The full Founding Cohort Agreement is provided at onboarding, via DocuSign (or equivalent e-signature service), before any Founding Cohort benefit becomes active. This page is a short summary of what to expect.

Where the binding terms live today
Until the full agreement is signed at onboarding, the Founding Cohort offer is governed by the Founding Cohort section of our site Terms of Service:
That section explains, among other things, that the offer is contingent on active product use and reasonable feedback, that we may revoke a Founding Cohort spot at our reasonable discretion, that the 2% success fee continues to apply, and that no binding contract is formed until you and we have signed the separate Founding Cohort Agreement at onboarding.
What the onboarding agreement will cover
The full agreement provided at onboarding is expected to cover, at minimum:
- Identification of the parties (XBudd LLC and the creator)
- Scope of the promotional benefit (currently: 12 months of Pro-tier access at $0 / month)
- The 2% success fee on closed deals during the promotional period
- Feedback expectations (definition of "reasonable feedback" — for example, a monthly check-in and consent to share usage data)
- Active-use requirement (for example, processing at least one deal per quarter to remain in the cohort)
- Revocation conditions, mirroring the Terms
- Confidentiality regarding beta features and roadmap, if applicable
- Termination and what happens to data and in-flight deals on revocation
- Governing law (Texas) and dispute resolution
- An e-signature block
The final list may differ slightly. The version provided at onboarding is authoritative.
What this page is not
This page is informational and is not, by itself, a Founding Cohort Agreement. Joining the waitlist, being offered a Founding Cohort spot, or reading this page does not give you any right to the promotional benefit. The promotional benefit becomes available only after you sign the full agreement at onboarding and we activate your account.
