What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website when you visit. They allow the site to remember information about your session — such as whether you've already signed up for a waitlist — so you don't have to repeat actions on return visits. Cookies are passive: they cannot execute code on your device and cannot access files outside the browser's storage.

We keep cookie use minimal by design. The table below describes every cookie set directly by collabrate.ai. There are no others.

We do not set advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, or any third-party marketing cookies.
Third-party scripts and technologies
Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights — Our hosting provider, Vercel, includes server-side performance monitoring (page load times, error rates, Core Web Vitals). This analysis is performed server-side and does not set any additional cookies on your device. Data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify individual visitors. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.
jsDelivr / Fontsource — Web fonts are loaded via the jsDelivr CDN. jsDelivr may log standard request metadata (IP address, browser type, referrer) for CDN performance and abuse prevention purposes. No cookies are set by jsDelivr on this site. See jsDelivr's Privacy Policy.
Legal basis for EU/UK users (jsDelivr): We rely on legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for this processing — specifically, the technical necessity of delivering web fonts for the site to render correctly. IP addresses logged by jsDelivr are standard CDN request metadata and are not used by us for any other purpose. Our legitimate interest assessment is documented internally and available on request.
unpkg — Icon assets (Phosphor Icons) are loaded via the unpkg CDN. unpkg may log standard request metadata for delivery and abuse prevention. No cookies are set by unpkg on this site.
Legal basis for EU/UK users (unpkg): Same as above — legitimate interests for icon delivery. We are evaluating self-hosting these assets to eliminate this third-party transfer entirely.
Note for EU/UK visitors: Loading this site causes your browser to make requests to jsDelivr and unpkg CDNs to retrieve fonts and icons. These CDNs may log standard request metadata including your IP address. This processing is necessary for the site to function and is based on legitimate interests. If you prefer, you can block these domains via your browser or a privacy extension.
Cookies when the product launches
When creator accounts go live, we will use additional session cookies to operate authenticated logins — managed by our authentication provider, Clerk. These are strictly necessary to provide the service and cannot be disabled while using a signed-in account. We will update this policy before launch and notify waitlist members by email of any material changes.
Managing cookies
You can view, block, or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Blocking the cl_wl cookie will not affect your ability to browse this site. If you delete it after signing up for the waitlist, the signup form may reappear on future visits — your original submission remains in our system regardless.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when we add new technologies or when our obligations evolve. Material changes will be communicated to waitlist members by email before they take effect. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
