Our commitment

XBudd LLC is committed to ensuring that collabrate.ai is accessible to people with disabilities. We want every visitor — including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control, or other assistive technology — to be able to use this site.

Conformance status

This website aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We assess the site as partially conformant: most content fully conforms, and we review the site on a recurring basis to identify and fix anything that does not. Collabrate is a pre-launch product, and accessibility is part of our release process for the marketing site today and for the creator product as it launches.

Measures we take

• Color combinations used for text are checked against WCAG contrast requirements.
• Pages are built with semantic HTML, descriptive headings, and landmark regions, and include a skip-to-content link.
• All interactive elements are operable by keyboard, with visible focus indicators.
• Animation and motion respect the operating-system "reduce motion" preference.
• Accessibility checks — automated testing and manual keyboard and screen-reader review — are part of how we ship changes to the site.

Compatibility

This site is designed to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and common assistive technologies, including screen readers, on desktop and mobile. The site relies on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Third-party content

Some functionality involves third-party services (for example, our waitlist signup processor) and links to external platforms such as social media sites. We do not control the accessibility of third-party services, but we choose providers with accessibility in mind and will help you complete any task on this site through an alternative channel if a third-party component is a barrier.

If you experience difficulty accessing any part of this site, or if you have an accessibility request, please contact us at hello@collabrate.ai with "Accessibility" in the subject line. We aim to respond within five business days, and we will make reasonable efforts to provide the information or service you need in an accessible format — including completing the waitlist signup for you by email if the form is a barrier.

When reporting an issue, it helps to include the page URL, the assistive technology or browser you were using (if relevant), and a brief description of the barrier you encountered.

Assessment approach

XBudd LLC assesses the accessibility of collabrate.ai through self-evaluation, using a combination of automated accessibility testing tools and manual review. Our standards references are WCAG 2.1 Level AA and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
